On March 20, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) reminded us that the use of fossil fuels over the last century has contributed to the global warming of 1.1°C above pre-industrial levels and that we must hold global warming to under 1.5°C.

An increase in global warming brings stronger and more numerous weather events.

We witnessed this a few days ago with that monstrous tornado in Mississippi that killed 25 people. This devastating and unusual tornado destroyed everything in its path of almost 60 miles.
